To All a Good Night

One Christmas Eve service....

Two tired feet and two kinds of gumbo (one with regular sausage and one with deer sausage, if you must know! It was delicious, if I do say so myself.)...

Three scary trees

(seriously, these trees give me the creeps,
they are weird-looking)

and tomorrow is Christmas!

  4. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm gumbo. I miss that something awful! I can make it myself, but it's just never as good as what my daddy makes! Annie, I have some snow for you. Please tell me where to send it. I am getting more than a little tired of it. It's currently coming down in buckets... if snow can come down that way. I actually prefer the term "blizzarding" but hubby assures me that is not a real word either. Let's just say we've got a freakin' lot of snow. And I would sure like to send it somewhere. I agree; those lit up tree trunks are creepy. People here like to wrap tall yuccas in lights. They end up looking like some grotesque armless and legless torso with just a big head on top. Only marignally less tacky are the tumbleweed snowmen. Ok I am done. Christmas is over and I really shouldn't continue ragging on the tackiness of my neighbors, lol.

Oh geeze... my verification says "spogspa". I could make something sooo gross out of that, lol.
