Imagine doing all that work and destroying it only to start again the next day. A six foot spiderweb would have unnerved me!

If only I had known how much that lower strand was going to like pearls, I would have aimed my camera lower. As it was, I am sure my neighbors wondered what in the world I found so interesting just above my head (and I had come out without my glasses, so I REALLY could not see!)anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10640313956929464854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9351429.post-55846530421734514072007-03-02T08:01:00.000-06:002007-03-02T08:01:00.000-06:00ANNIE! It kept disappearing from my vision until I got close enough to dismiss the blowing it gently in and out of my sight. Dangling and dancing in mid-air betwwen the tree's branches and a nearby telephone pole, it had to be at least six feet in diameter! Research on my part proved it to be the work of a common yellow garden spider. They create it and then destroy it all in one day, only to re-create another the next day.......Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13302132941940784968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9351429.post-45712636566539116912007-03-01T09:54:00.000-06:002007-03-01T09:54:00.000-06:00WOW!
