I sometimes have the problem of trying to dance in the way I think the other person wants me to dance rather than making my own choices. I lose my own music when I do that. . .

(I don't know by the words on the photo that my meaning is clear. I just got up this morning and did this one. I suppose I will have to think about it some more during the day. A revision may be coming.)

  1. I love this! I'm a little ways into reading "Self Compassion" by kristin Neff, it might be a good read for you, too. (I stole your "Happy" photo of a cone flower. It's pinned in the middle of my kitchen bulletin board, reminding me every morning.)

  2. Hi Patti! I've changed the words on this one and will be putting the revised version up soon.

I've seen articles on Kristen Neff's work and though I might want to read her book. I will check it out. I recently finished one by Brene` Brown (The Gifts of Imperfection) that was helpful too.

I'm glad you got some joy out of the "Happy" flower!

Don't just sit there staring, say something!
